Wet Yer Whistle Walk

Be a Stop on the Wet Yer Whistle Walk!

Valdez businesses—this is your chance to boost foot traffic, engage with the community, and join the fun of Gold Rush Days by participating in the Wet Yer Whistle Walk on Friday, July 31 from 5 PM - 7:30 PM!

 

Here’s how it works:

• Guests walk from business to business, receiving a small beverage at each stop.

• YOU choose what to serve—beer, wine, seltzer, cocktails, mocktails, or other non-alcoholic drinks!

• Only businesses with valid liquor licenses may serve alcohol.

• If you don’t have a liquor license, you’re still encouraged to participate with a mocktail or non-alcoholic option.

• Typical drink sizes are 8 oz, but what you serve (and how much) is completely up to you!

• For every ticket a guest brings in, your business receives $5 compensation, paid after the event by Gold Rush Days.  (It's up to you if you want your drinks to stay within that margin or if you want  to receive compensation for a portion of the product.)
 

Sign up by Monday, July 27 to be an official stop!
